Die Couch wurde wie versprochen geliefert und kann XXXLutz nicht auf die Lieferung und den Service der Montage fehlern. Allerdings wurde die U-Form Couch geliefert und wir stellten fest, dass das eine Seitenstück deutlich schmaler war als das, was im Shop gezeigt wurde. Es stellt sich heraus, dass die Abmessungen auf dem Etikett in der Werkstatt nicht übereinstimmen die der Couch auf dem Display und unsere Couch wurde auf die Abmessungen pro Etikett hergestellt. Vollständig irreführende und falsche Darstellung als der einzige Grund, warum wir die Couch gekauft haben, war aufgrund der Größe dieses Stückes im Shop. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit, ein größeres Seitenstück auszuwählen und daher...
Super unprofessional services. If I knew how much troubles and poor quality I will receive for my money I would have never ordered from them. I do not recommend the shop to anyone. I ordered a new kitchen from them. The installation of the new kitchen from their team is really bad, there are scratches on the walls, kitchen appliances not installed correctly as well as holes in the working plot. In addition they did not deliver my oven and informed me that they will do that at the earliest in 2 months and a half. Their customer service is not responsive and they are always telling they cannot do anything else apart from waiting. Super disappointed
Furniture bought in April, We said that for us latest to receive everything was June, they promised and guaranteed that.... Still half of the order is missing and expected to arrive in September but every week they delay it , no clue when will arrive, awful customer service. Store absolutely to avoid
Wir haben in diesem Laden vor neun Monaten ( Mitte April) ein Möbelstück bestellt. Heute, Ende Dezember, haben wir immer noch nicht den gekauften Artikel. Sobald du ihnen Geld bezahlst, bist du ihrer Barmherzigkeit zugestimmt.
