Hello i made an order here at 4:10 they said 20 min wait which i felt was reasonable for 3 pupusas, pastelitos, sope de gallina and a side of yucca con chicharron (60$)i get there 10 min after the said 20 min, where I thought I gave them time to complete my order i walk in pay and after i pay the cashier tells me it will be an extra 15 min. I commented i made my order 30 min ago... and no response lol so i go outside wait the 15min and come back in after to where the girl says 10 min... i was going to ask for my refund but decided to just wait because my sick mother is home waiting for her soup. Wait 10 min walk in the cashier looks at me proceeded to pack other orders (about 6min) and finis...
The pupusas here are fantastic, but if you’re Mexican (or from any other non-Salvadoran background), you may feel like an outsider and might not receive the best service. We waited 40 minutes for six pupusas without being served, while other customers received their orders promptly. It was frustrating to have to get up and ask about our food. El Salvador is a beautiful country with a rich culture, and the staff should be grateful for everyone who comes in to enjoy their cuisine.
The food is excellent, but the wait time for dining in is quite long. I recalled why I hadn't visited in years. My kids were hungry, and this was the only nearby option. I arrived at the restaurant at 1:10 PM, and my food wasn’t served until 1:52 PM. As a result, I had to get it to go. The service could definitely improve; I’d strongly recommend ordering takeout instead, as it might get you your food faster.
This is the 3rd time I dined in. it was as bad as the previous two. Wrong order, late, incomplete, salty, dry. When I complained, the waitress told me to take the food home and fix it with some chicken broth. Certainly, that was my dream...wait 2 hours for my food and then take it home to fix it cause it is so bad I can't eat it in the restaurant.

Food is great the service is awesome. But when it comes to waiting for food its a ridiculous amount of time. We have been waiting for our food for almost 1hr just for two plates. Unbelievable!

I ordered pupusas to go, and they weren't cooked properly. I waited for nearly an hour and was really disappointed.
Everything taste so good! Our server was real nice! Only thing that the food took to long to be ready

The pupusas with extra cheese were incredibly delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The service was terrible unless you're from El Salvador. The food was decent, rated 3 out of 5.
