I would like to express a concern regarding my recent visit to Yayas. I have dined there over ten times, and the hostess has always been incredibly professional and kind, which was consistent during my latest visit as well. My server was also very friendly. However, while enjoying my meal, I noticed a male waiter with a goatee who seemed to make a point of flirting with and distracting both the hostess and my server. This behavior resulted in delays at the entrance and in getting drink refills. Despite the hostess and server's best efforts to carry on with their duties, he continued to follow them around. This was the place we chose (based on rave reviews from friends) to meet our future daughter-in-law's parents for the first time. All of us were pleasantly surprised at not only the incredible food, but the amazing service as well. Joshua (our server) went above and beyond to take care of us. And even surprised our kids with a celebratory dessert. The manager also stopped by to visit and congratulate the groom and bride to-be. I highly recommend this establishment. We plan to visit here for years to come.
I had a delightful dinner on Sunday night, enjoying the shrimp risotto. It was very tasty, but I felt that five small shrimp weren't quite enough. The prices were reasonable, making it a great option for a date night.
We went for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was so great. I don’t eat meat and there were many options for me! The hummus was the best I’ve ever had and the desserts were out of this world
