Very beautiful 4-star hotel in maritime style, nestled on the shores of Disney Lake. this is my 6th stay and I am always conquered. I spent an excellent stay at the New Port Bay Club in Compass Club. I thank all the staff for their welcome and kindness. Employees are really listening and our little care. Especially the staff of the compass club breakfast, frankly you are irreproachable. The rooms are spacious in Compass club . valet service .No need to take care of its luggage. Take care when we arrive and we drop them in the rooms. Room with balcony on the 8th floor. The room was comfortable, welcome product(toothbrush, bath cap... bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast is hearty and excellent,...
Grand hotel park donated for a chic hotel As much as the hotel in itself presents great, the rooms are really not worth their price. Single rooms Soundproofing leaves to be desired, impossible to adjust temperature or stop ventilation.... Nevertheless the bedding is comfortable The system of having to take the tickets in the morning and return to the evening so that they encode them for the evening forced to iron at the reception... This really is not worth the price of the hotel room near the park, 10 minutes walk from Disney to Disney village
Very nice experience I took my boyfriend who didn’t know the world of Disney and it’s a great hotel for a nice discovery, but there are necessarily flaws and for the blow for a 4-star hotel hygiene level I don’t find it top ... chips in the office seat and a hair comb in the bed ... the staff is friendly but in the evening we are arriving very late and impossible to find our room it didn’t have us at all

Super hotel, beautiful rooms and great bedding. The pool is as well. Only hic, the jacuzzi that should be banned from children or much more “controlled”. It's impossible to relax when kids jump all the time. Otherwise nothing to say, pleasant staff and very clean hotel, varied breakfast
A drink at Captain's Quarters. It was rather nice except that the servers make their exasperation feel when they have to do to undecided, demanding, complicated, little delicate customers... Fortunately all customers do not have the same behaviors. I'll come back anyway!
