The customer service is absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, kind and showed the definition of “serving” by doing their best to follow our requests. The gentleman even helped us pack our food to-go, stapled our bag, and gave us anew sauce so we didn’t have to re-use the one we already ate (which we were going to take home and finish). For food, wereally enjoyed the special Sunflower Roll (added cream cheese YUMMMM) and Black Dragon Roll (the eel is tasty)! Only thing Iwould say is, I wish the special rolls were larger. The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch! The staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The manager even helped us pack our leftovers and provided us with extra sauce. We particularly enjoyed the Sunflower Roll (creme cheese is a must) and the Black Dragon Roll (amazing eel). While we wished the special rolls were a bit larger, they were still delicious. Is as I though would ever give bad reviews, charge me which I never complained! The audacity of not giving what I order, but the Uber eats driver asking me for tip. Asking me for an arm and a leg without delivering me what I have asked for, however food wasgreat but poor customer service in all aspects and on top of all..food got to me late, that I had to call the restaurant becauseI thought I was going to bed without my food $60.00 for small tray wow so disappointed
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly disappointed me. The restaurant failed to fulfill my order as requested, and on top of that, the Uber Eats delivery driver asked for a tip. Despite the tasty food, the poor customer service overshadowed the dining experience. The delivery was delayed, prompting me to call the restaurant in fear of not receiving my $60 meal on time. BEST SUSHI I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I?ve tried many places around jersey but nothing compares to Yama ll Sushi. Food is super fresh!! I usually have my favorites (Salmon skin Alaska) but even though when I try something different they always surprise me. Love the miso soup and seaweed salad, haven?t found better than the one they offer. Also the staff is very friendly and attentive. Great service over all!!
Sushi is delicious and the staff are super nice. Income here a lot and one day was a couple dollars short and they said it was ok and just to pay the deference next time. So if you want good food for good prices given by good people then this is the place.
This is my go to spot,The sushi is very good, everything is made on the spot, they have very good miso soup and both of their green teas hot and cold are the best. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The prices are very reasonable.
