Yang's is open for DINE-IN! As well as take out and delivery right now. Delivery is not free anymore, it's $3.00 and you have to live within 4 miles, which covers most of Carson City. The food is actually very good here, best in Carson City if that's saying anything. Pot stickers are the best though. The lunch specials are a killer deal for the amount of food you get. Ala carte food is good too. I like the beef Chow fun and the Generals chicken. Twice cooked pork is great too. I got the Chow Pan fried noodles with shrimp to go last time as well as an order of General's Chicken. Wow, they give a lot of shrimp! Service is always friendly and efficient, and they'll do special requests too that...
Excellent sushi and staff. The rice to sushi ratio was a perfect balance with each piece being just a perfect bite. The rolls are small so you can try more of the various flavor options. The rice is the best we've had, it's fresh, a little sticky but, not some stuck together mass that you have to chew through to get to the flavors. The wait staff makes themselves available without hovering over your table. Once a dish is done they magically appear and take it away. If your drink needs filled they fill it. Excellent service without bothering you while you try to eat. Even though we live in Reno we will definitely be back to this little gem and enjoy some fantastic sushi and atmosphere.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The Moo Shu Chicken was particularly outstanding, and the BBQ Pork Over Steamed Rice was also excellent with its amazing sauce. The BBQ Pork Buns were soft and arrived hot - a perfect appetizer.

Egg rolls were so oily they all were leaking when picked up. Had to prop them up on papetowels but still awful. The general chicken had about three good pieces, the rest were too chewy or completely hard. Will not be ordering again
Hands down, one of the best chinese places I've ever eaten at. We order from them time after time and consistently get amazing food. Can't beat them!
Best fried prawns we've had so far, here in town. Very flavorful house fried rice and spicy Mongolian beef. Good food at reasonable prices.
