This place (for me) has always been superb. Only time that was disappointing was on my birthday. I raved about it to my friend telling her that's where I wanted to eat for my birthday since she was treating. My food was great but my friend's wasn't. Her burger was cold dry, the cheese was melted but also cold and so were the fries. It was as if it had been sitting from a previous order that was either wrong or canceled since she happened to order that particular burger, why waste food. Not saying that's what happened, but I've worked in the industry some places have done that...just stick it back under the heat lamps. She didn't want to complain, but I did. I've never felt more uncomfortable at a restaurant than I did during this visit. We've been here a few times before, enjoying drinks at the bar and dining at the main tables, and we always had great experiences—until today. My burger wasn't cooked all the way through, and our bartender Rudy was inattentive. Additionally, he asked for a card to be kept on file, which was surprising since we've sat at the bar before and were never asked that. I'm not sure if they've changed their policy, but it caught us off guard. On a positive note, Bree, who wasn't even our bartender, was much more attentive and kind to us. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Yard House is a casual place perfect for happy hour or enjoying elevated bar food. The restaurant's bar has a sleek, modern design. It's a great spot to grab dinner before heading to a movie at the Regal Cinemas next door. We tried the onion ring tower and the 20 oz bone-in ribeye, which was blackened and served with shrimp and crispy Brussels sprouts. The onion rings were wonderfully crispy, and the steak was incredibly tender. My husband can't stop raving about it!
*Springfield Mall- Day before Mothers Day* 4:30 pm , traffic everywhere, shopped in the mall first, no reservation needed, outside seating only a fifteen minute wait. Our little guy was tired, ready to eat, and the “fam” could not understand the wait because as use we saw a load of empty tables outside the restaurant. I like the food. Choices: Vodka Penne or Blackened Shrimp Tacos??? It’s all good! Bon Appetite! Happy Mothers Day to all moms!

1st time waiter was good and food was excellent attentive and helpful 5 stars2nd experience not so good due having to remind the Hostess that a number of people we seated before me,but definitely came after...our food was incorrect had to be returned 2x..I spent over 160$ unacceptable
This is an extremely nice restaurant with bar and TV's everywhere!! Super delicious food!! Everything was so yummy from steak, fried/bbq chicken wings, pork chops,reg/veggie burgers, onion rings, fries, salad ALL DELICIOUS ? The service was amazing they're all so nice!!
We had a last minute celebration, they were very welcoming and accommodating, our server was very friendly and helpful, the mgmt team and staff were great!We will be back.
Love this place! Always awesome delish high quality foodie food, in a casual sports bar setting! Server KY was wonderful, even though they were slammed busy.

Fantastic restaurant! The portions are enormous! I ordered the fish and chips and had to share with my son. I highly recommend it!
