The next day, I called to request a refund, but the manager spoke to me in a very unempathetic and almost angry tone, stating that my urgent situation was not her concern and that she wouldn’t be refunding me. She insisted I reorder, repeatedly claiming that she would be losing money if she provided me with another order free of charge. She talked over me, offering no apology for the fact that I wouldn’t be getting my money back. Instead, she somehow turned the situation around and blamed me for wanting a free meal. Despite my attempts to help her understand how to better serve customers, she continued to complain and refused to take responsibility for the situation. Fool me once, shame on...
I recently had my first visit to this restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! The teas were refreshing, and I tried both the I Love Yaya and the Hulk, which were both delicious. The containers they use are really neat, each featuring a fun message on the bottom. The fried shrimp gyoza was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the rice balls were quite unique. If you're a sushi lover, you'll definitely enjoy this spot. It's truly a hidden gem!
The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, and the tea was exactly what I was looking for since my regular spot was closed. I ordered the shrimp tempura rice ball, and I absolutely loved it. It was beautifully presented and came with helpful instructions, which I appreciated since it was my first time trying it. The spicy mayo on the side was delicious as well. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Their food is great but staff needs to pay more attention to delivery orders.Ordered a shrimp and crab rice ball and the crab was missing.Added two jellies including tapioca and lychee jelly and there was barely any tapioca in it yet I paid full price for it.
Freshly made! They brew it and then let it cool, which I find amazing and quite rare! The flavor was fantastic. It's definitely worth the journey to uncover this hidden gem!
I ordered an iced lavender milk tea, and it was exactly what I was craving! Haha, I'll definitely be back to try more flavors. The service was fantastic as well!
