we have ordered from the website menu in the past, and also from the start menu via the phone. when they pick up the food, the prices are 1.00-$2.00 per element higher than the menu price. they always say the prices have risen. this is continuous, but the menus never change....same menus for years. that's a CON game when I've ever seen one. the customer complains? probably not. that's why they keep doing it. I complained and said I will never be back. you don't have to. eating is as good as everywhere, but the restaurant has been neglected. it's dirty in the look. only order or deliver. they do not want to eat in the restaurant. RECOMMENDATION/BE careful of false pricing.
Just ordered what was supposed to be a meal big enough to feed a whole house, but what I got instead was enough food for 2 people! We ordered a poo-poo platter for 4, a large lomain, and an order of steamed dumplings. THATS NOT WHAT WE GOT THOUGH! What was delivered was greasy dumplings instead of steamed and a poo-poo platter with one of each thing. That platter did not have enough food to feed 4 people like it 's supposed to! We called them to find out why it was wrong and they said 'no it 's right. I checked. ' NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE! So not worth the money!
order from the lunch menu at 12:49. the payment of $8.37 was too much for a small lunch order that had just like 4 pieces of bark very small portion on fried rice and a quantity of brokkoli with two wings. bark meat tasted funny. After talking to my father, he advised me not to buy from there, as they got a terrible diarrhea with a dizzy. would not go back there. they have not immersed or even want to wait there. I wonder why.
large space! if they are in the west warwick, ri area this new place is a must try. everything we had was very hot and was excellent. the dimmesum, fried rice, sushi and the general’s tso’s cod fish was fantastic mar, hot and sour soup. the best hot and sour soup I've ever had. Don't bother unless you have a lot of free time on your hands. Took over an hour to get food (not during the holidays and for only two people) if they can't get food out in a somewhat reasonable time frame I'm not sure why they can't say so to begin with or refund it so we could go elsewhere
what happened to this place? Previously it was so good! my last order was just terrible, renundeling were completely overcooked and everything was dirty. I'm really not picky with my food, but that was beyond my tolerance. I should have brought it back like another reviewer.
The food is fine and it’s the closest restaurant. But if we have to wait over an HOUR in the restaurant for our takeout (not even during the holidays and for only two people) I don’t know what the point in even trying is. Ridiculous.
