The other one-star reviews were spot on—the quality is terrible. Everything we ordered tasted like it came from a food court cafeteria. No restaurant in Seoul would serve beef dumplings like this, nor would any place in Korea offer cold, flavorless pieces of tofu in a dish. The ox bone soup was so bland it tasted like hot water, featuring just a few tiny pieces of meat and thin noodles. No amount of pepper or salt could improve the flavor; it was like drinking plain hot water.

Quick shout out to our server Matt for being very friendly. Yeomiji is a very solid pick if you are looking for Korean food tonight. The hot stone bibimbap and braided short ribs are my personal favorites, but you really can't go wrong with anything. It's all-around a great restaurant in Scarsdale village. I will say that the prices are a bit higher than I'd like, but that is totally understandable seeing as it's the only good Korean restaurant in the area and also is a kbbq. I encountered a rather unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to a rude older gentleman who seems unwilling to provide any service. I ordered takeout for lunch, and while the food was decent—I'd rate it a 3 out of 5—the service was quite disappointing, earning only a 1. The atmosphere was average as well, rated at a 3. If you decide to visit, I recommend trying the Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap. Overall, my experience was not great, especially given the price range of $20–30 per person.
Excellent food! I particularly enjoyed the scallion pancake and the beef bibimbap. The owner provided friendly service too. My husband tried a refreshing bottle of cold sake that was delicious. We will definitely return!

I waited an hour for my meal, only to receive the wrong order and then had to wait again for the right food. The taste was decent, though. It’s a quiet place, but overall, the experience was frustrating.
The food was ok and the service was awful it took 1 hour for us to get some run of the mill food. It is very loud and I lost appetite after waiting a whole hour.
Yeomiji is a good option. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying quality food at a reasonable price. Rating: Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4.
