I would have rated it ZERO if there is... Please save your hard earned money and spend it somewhere else where there would be better food and you 'll be treated well. This place is TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE! First, the place was steaming and uncomfortably hot! It took many request and people for them to turn off the heat. We were group of 10 and they are so NOT accommodating to our request the entire night to even move us to a table that is reasonably comfortable. Their food is NOT good and serves bad/stale vegetables! When I expressed to the male server that the cabbage was bad and sour (even my friend tasted it and she spit it out), the server did not even apologize, he did not take away the food...

The place is horrible. I am giving the place a 1 star because I couldn’t give it a 0 zero) star. Don’t spend your money there. Awful. Service from start to finish was not good. Food was also not very good. We ordered starters and immediately were also given main meals as if they were in rush for us to finish the food and leave the table . No tissues and cutlery provided but food was served . We ordered margarita pitcher which was full of ice only and it seems it was just a mixture of lime and some other juices only and there was no alcohol at all. Yo Amo was once a reliable favorite with great service and food. However, after my recent visit during the pandemic, I will never return. The service was terrible, with only one waitress who seemed sloppy and disinterested. She only paid attention to a large party next to us and ignored our table completely. The restaurant was empty, but filled with smoke from the grill, making us cough and causing our eyes to burn. I ordered Pastor tacos, but they didn't have any pineapple on them. When I asked the waitress about it, she blamed the government for not allowing them to put raw pineapple on their food. This excuse was ridiculous and embarrassing. I met up with some friends for dinner at Yo Amos. While we caught up, our conversation kept turning back to the delicious food. The Mexican cuisine here is truly amazing and you won't be disappointed. Make sure to save room for the Caramel Churros for dessert - they are absolutely dreamy. Start off your meal with a pitcher of Sangria or one of the many Margarita flavors (just avoid the Mango). We left the restaurant feeling stuffed to the gills and very happy. If you're really hungry, I recommend trying the Chimichonga - you can't go wrong with it.

Honestly, nothing will taste like authentic Mexican food in Mexico but this place is good. I love their shrimp tacos and the drinks! Plus they have nights where they have DJs and stuff. A great place to go dancing.
