Worst dinning experience ever.as per them kids katsu curry chicken doesn't come with katsu curry sauce becase company has changed it but it is still advertised as katsu curry chicken on the menu. The conveyor belt is not for hot food so they can't put it there and as you are sitting close to their counter they will pass you from behind the counter and you have to turn back to pick it up and they won't bring to your table and when asked what if you drop it the way you passing it to us and the girl serving gives the dirtiest look like its a crime to point them that its not the way to serve. 2 girls who came into contact while serving including manager were like they are not interested to serve...
I went to this restaurant for a quick lunch and found myself waiting in line. After waiting for 10 minutes, someone finally showed up. However, the restaurant looked empty. The staff member asked if we had a reservation, to which I replied no. Unfortunately, he informed us that they were short-staffed and couldn't accommodate us. Despite being there with my daughter on a Wednesday at 2 o'clock, they did not make any attempt to find a solution. I used to visit this restaurant several times a month, but after this experience, it has been crossed off my list. The quality has clearly gone downhill, so I would not recommend dining there.
Absolutely terrible service too much rule but nobody doing the rules no wearing masks no wearing gloves I ask where is the sanitiser nobody knows but all health and safety we only do card with only do a phone order the closing soon 6 o’clock they say to me that they close seven unbelievable never come back here. Are used to YO! Sushi lots but you live system is not working please change it bring it all style I don’t wanna do the phone all the orders that that
I didn’t actually eat with you, BUT I asked for some help whilst in Bromley this afternoon. A very very helpful young man called David went out of his way to help me and my elderly mother, I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to him and congratulate you on employing such a kind, thoughtful and helpful man. We had a lunch there today and we're grateful to the staff that run the place smoothly and do all possible to follow safe policies during pandemic. We booked a table in advance via their website. The menu is restricted but all our favourite items're available. Thank you for the food and service!
The staff could not have been more accommodating and aware of guidelines. We were given all wrapped condiments on a tray and the table was spotless. The food was faultless and the whole experience was spot on! Thank you
Chef wasnt wearing a hair net over his large beard and didnt see him change his gloves once the whole time we were there. Also one of our favourite vegan dishes has been removed from the menu. The edamame was bland.
When we arrived, we were not informed that all the tables were reserved. We stood in line at the front of the queue and were overlooked by most of the staff, resulting in us wasting our time.

I made a reservation online and found my table ready upon arrival. The staff was delightful and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a very efficient and well-run restaurant.
It’s the best palace do lunch with your mates it’s fast and fun to watch your food go around. I recommend!
