Yoder Homes remodeled my large master bath. Thanks to Covid the supply chain slowdowns, it took much longer than expected. There were a few hiccups along the way, but what I LOVED about Yoder is that they never once said the words, We can 't or We won 't to me. Anything I wanted or needed, they found a way to do it even if they had never done it before!Amy, who I worked closely with on choosing the materials my design vision, was always positive, honest and patient. I signed and paid $15,000 for a Design Services Agreement for major home renovations on Mar. 8 with Yoder Homes and Renovation, with approximate timeline of 6 to 10 weeks for design, specifications and structural engineering. 22 weeks later I still do not have buildable plans. Yoder 's email response: they will provide the documents as soon as they are available . Which they totally control. Results, I lost over 5 months with Yoder, construction is delayed, and am looking for another contractor. If timely performance matters to you, Yoder Homes and Remodeling is probably not your best choice.Update: Plans have now been delivered, but I 'm moving forward with other contractors.Services: Home...

If there was a 0 rating it would be it. Why? My wife and I visited the showroom to get some ideas on remodeling our bathroom. The receptionist was very pleasant with us. Then we were introduced to a salesperson (woman) who was very dismissive and saying that they were not accepting any other customers for a year and the price would start at $45k. We pretty much gutted our two bedroom, two bath condo removing walls, redesigning the layout and renovating the baths and kitchen.Yoder Homes did a great job and relatively on time considering that the work was done during the height of the pandemic. Yoder led our recent condo renovation and made the process enjoyable and completed it with great quality I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a complex renovation project but don't want to worry about managing individual contractors.
Will came out and spent over an hour talking over our concert t for a kitchen remodel. He then took photos and measurements. Spent a few minutes reviewing to ensure he had all the details. Provided a quote within 5 days. Great company
