This is my second visit within two weeks. The first time my son and I arrived right when they opened at 4:30pm. We did not get anything because there was only one flavor that was frozen it was not one we were interested in. Forward to today and we stop by about an hour before close. First issue, the young lady neglected to tell us that there is a flat fee of $5 for a small cup and $8 for a large. What I had in my large cup could easily have fit in the small because they did not have all the toppings I wanted. However I paid without complaint. I am very disappointed by my experience here. I drove over half an hour to take my 12-year-old cousin to the place he found online for frozen yogurt. we went around 7 o'clock and saw a handwritten sign that said we needed masks for the entrance. I don't have a problem with that. the employee has not offered us masks or any extras on camp. if you need masks, you should note that an extra is available for customers. he had a rude unapologetic ton and the customer service was bad. but my cousin wanted to go there, so we went and found some masks. we came back at 19:40 clock and the hours published on the glass and online says that the load closes by 8 clock. there is NO communication that says...
The yogurt flavors and toppings are all delicious, but the service...not so much. They close 45 to 1 hour early, so you can get yogurt out of the few machines they haven't already shut off for the night, but NO TOPPINGS! If you close at 8pm then close at 8pm! The workers are always unapologetic about it and just seem more concerned about leaving as soon as possible.The place is run by teenagers and there's never a manager available. Looking for a better place to spend my hard earned money...
the quality of this place is declining. it is no longer welcoming and welcoming. they would think they would be happy to have customers as they get a lot of business, but the personal is so blah and treat them as they do not want their business. the place is clean what is a plus. when we visited today, they tried to force us to buy big cups as they ran out of small cups. that was very unprofessional. that could be a great place where it had better management.
I can't share bcuz I haven't been yet. I'm checking out the reviews and it's staggering to see the good&bad &so many different opinions. Someone please tell me which is it, looks like it used to be a better place than it is now. Is this right?? Like maybe it doesn't have a good manager anymore? Is that it? Help in August 2021
the place had the open sign. no fresh toppings, no employees more than 15 minutes in sight. we left and went somewhere else to cover the yogurt requirement. very careless employees. the location was not monitored.
The young lady wouldn't even let us in because we didn't have a mask on. I am full vaccinated. Yall just lost a good customer! Really upset ?
The best little hidden gem!! Every time I go I try new flavors but my favorite is the Sorbet.. And Tabi she is the greatest?
Really like this place. Nice flavors that they switch out sometimes and there are so many toppings.
