Yoko Kitchen has become my family's favorite restaurant. I've now been there four times over the past 5 months. I've been there from a quiet weekday meal to prime time New Years Even dinner. Each meal was five star! The seafood and vegetables are fresh, the Sushi has amazing flavor and texture, and portions are generous. I recently at at Morimoto in Las Vegas, a 5 Star Iron Chef Restaurant, and have enjoyed the best Ramen in London and NYC. It was my first time there, and I had an amazing experience with so many great recommendations. We finally tried the sea urchin, and it was delicious! I'd go back every day just to sample everything on the menu. And I can't forget to mention the cheesecake—it was incredible, especially with the baked tortilla!
The food was really good. Great variety of Asian fusion dishes. I didn't really like my lychee-tini. Way too sweet but I would definitely go back again. Mojito was great. Fried rice, yaki ramen, dumplings all really good too!
The ramen broth, both pork and beef, was excellent. The pork was cooked to a nice, crispy texture. Additionally, the pork buns were tender, with the meat being both crispy and sweet.
