I had high expectations for this restaurant, but I won't be going back. I asked for my shrimp to be cooked thoroughly, but I was told that it couldn't be done because it would make them tough. If customers have specific requests for what they are paying for, those requests should be honored. To add insult to injury, they charged me $30 for a small shrimp fried rice that had only seven shrimp in it. The prices are surprisingly high for such mediocre and poorly prepared food. Save your money; I certainly will.
On Monday, September 18, 2023, my wife and I dined at your restaurant around 6 PM. Regrettably, the woman at the front desk was very rude, which led my wife to decide against eating there. We had planned to spend $70 on our meal, but it appears that the behavior of your staff is damaging the reputation of your establishment. I hope this location isn't connected to the one on Fenkell, as I still enjoy Yoshi's food, but I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This place use to be my favorite. Not anymore. I ordered Hibachi chicken and rice via Doordash 9/4/2022 and I knew something was wrong when the food was picked up less than 10 min after I ordered. So it tells me that it wasn?t freshly cooked. It wasextremely dry and taste very old. I will not be returning. I will just pay extra and eat at Benihana.
They really need to do a better job at hiring the girls at the registers. Every single time I come I'm met with the most lackluster greeting ever. I came in today and asked for an order and the girl literally put her head down on the desk and saidnothing as if I wasn't sitting in front of her. I'd never give this place business.

I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. The customer service was appalling. When I attempted to place my order, the employee was busy texting right in front of me, which led to them getting my order completely wrong. The food was unappealing, making it inedible, so I returned the next day to request a refund!
The food was disappointing, and I won't be ordering from there again. The only item that wasn’t overcooked was the onions. The rice was tough and dry, the chicken was incredibly salty and also dry, and the mushrooms were difficult to chew.
I was missing part of my order (chicken fried rice) when it arrived through Grubhub. However, the rest of the food was fantastic! I really enjoyed it and will definitely order again, hoping that everything is correct next time.
The food lacks flavor and relies heavily on the sauce for taste. They provide only a small amount of sauce, and you'll find yourself wanting to use every last drop to enhance the flavor of the food.

The Cajun Salmon was amazing! The salmon was cooked to perfection, and everything tasted great, especially with a hint of garlic butter. I have no complaints at all.
This definitely seems like a money laundering operation because there's no way they have this many locations, and they're all terrible.
