We decide to eat in this restaurant on Saturday at 7.15 p.m., we try to call the restaurant 5 times to book a table for 9 p.m., no answer despite the opening of the point of sale at 7 p.m. A simple answerer announces opening hours, we decide to leave a message. Arrived at 9pm, we are greeted coldly by a person who doesn't even say hello. The person announces that we have not been aware of our reservation, tells us that we do not have to do this and push us out of the point of sale, without apology, because it is not able to welcome us tonight. No time off, no thanks and no smile either. It seems that the kitchen is good, but we will hesitate to go after this air conditioning.
It wasn't the first time I came to this restaurant, but I was really disappointed with my last visit. We had reserved at 1:15 p.m., the kitchens close at 2:15 p.m., however we did not know this because no one had warned us, we were not allowed a third round. While the waiter was going in circles for 10 minutes, he purposely kept the sheet while during the two previous rounds he anticipated and gave it to us, we would have had plenty of time to order for the last round. I find that a shame and dishonest, because we are paying for 3 tours and not just 2.
We ate very well, but the waitress who I think is the boss is too eager to remove the dishes. I was eating wakame, she took it from me in my eyes, and I stayed, and I was stuck. Small nice restaurant, the decor is cute, the place is not too big that allows to avoid the canteen effect with brouhaha. The kitchen is top, the servings are small enough which allows you to taste everything with the 3 services! We must be back! And to finish the staff is very nice. Cheap formula and at will at noon. You order several times on small orders. You can also take to take out or order on the map but almost everything is part of the formula at the will of the noon. The place is nice but pretty fast full so think about booking It's good but no more. The service is fast enough It is ideal for lunch!
Good address, the cuisine is gourmet and varied. We have a lot of choice then the menu will allow you to test all the dishes of the map without ruining (a little more expensive in the evenings and weekends). The staff is very helpful and polite, they listen to the customer for any questions. I strongly recommend.
Probably one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever had. The dishes are numerous and varied, made on order, are fresh and delicious. The staff is listening and very friendly. I recommend 200%
