When they are not busy, the food is delicious and correct, but when they are busy, it's like they lose their heads. Despite the website saying our order would be ready in 21 minutes, it took nearly 50 for the pick-up. Half of the order was missing, then we had to wait another 40 minutes for them to correct it and since we all wanted to eat together, the rest of our food got cold and had to be reheated. Two of the missing items were chow mein which they forgot to put the beansprouts in (how do you forget to put beansprouts in chowmein even if you are busy) so they weren't very nice as you need something crunchy with the noodles. I recently ordered a takeout dinner from this restaurant and I was very impressed. The price per person was affordable, between £1-10. The food was excellent, earning a 5-star rating. The service was also top-notch, with a rating of 5 stars. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, also scoring a 5-star rating. I highly recommend trying the Quarter Crispy Aromatic Duck, as it was a standout dish. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
