Great Szechuan food in Millbrae! Three of us came in for dinner, and we ordered mostly the classics. Sizzling eggplant Sour noodles Chili fried chicken Pickled vegetable and chilis fish fillet The eggplant and chicken were great! They were our favorites. We thought the fish fillet needed to be a bit punchier. Maybe more pickled veggie flavor? The sour noodle was also really good. It's pretty hard to find as a dish here locally, so we were excited to see it and order it and enjoy it! It's a lot of great choices when it comes to Chinese food in Millbrae, and this is another spot worth trying!
We loved coming here for food before. However, this time was different.The lady who served our food today was anxious and negative. She had a grumpy attitude and an unkind tone. While I told her not to talk to me the way she just did, she called me “weird.” I refused to pay her tip after, then she confront everything and asked for the tip. Later, I gave the tip to the restaurant owner instead, while doing so and talking to her “boss”, she came up and wanted to argue with me. OMG!! I have never seen this before! So disappointed coming here todaywill not return anymore.
The website is broken! Ask them and you won’t know anything about it! No matter what the seasoning is, the fish fillets here are delicious, tender and chewy! The meat of the beef in sour soup is just okay, but the seasoning is not bad. As for rattan pepper fish, Xiangxiaoguan’s has a stronger and more numb taste. Considering that it is very close to the airport, it is a good option! Service: Dine in
Very inviting and authentic atmosphere. The food was fresh, delicious and served shortly after we ordered. I had the most amazing General Tso’s Chicken and pork fried rice. Portions are shareable. Their egg rolls were so tasty as well! If you have a little bit of time before a flight out of SFO I recommend this spot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely outstanding! Great vegetarian options too. They were also nice enough to do the Dan Dan noodles with tofu instead of meat and they were excellent! Highly recommend Vegetarian options: Lots of tofu, eggplant and vegetable dishes. They altered a meat dish on request to be vegetarian (Dan Dan noodles) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
I ordered string beans and the fried rice and OMG string beans was soft flavor was just ok. Fried rice was tasteless. I don't know what happened. I came all the way from Las Vegas and bragged about this place. Very disappointed
Just had house special boiled fish last night , was the worst fish I never had, smell and not fresh, we didn't even finish it, we will not go back again, beware to order that dish.

Wow! Recommended by a friend and this place is one of the better Szechuan places I've tried in the Bay area.
Everything LOOKS so spicy, but I promise you it's not as spicy as it seems.
