I found this restaurant to be quite overpriced, particularly for me and my young daughter, with a total bill of $70. The service was disappointing, and the quality of the ingredients did not meet my expectations. After ordering a Gourmand dish, the server ended up bringing me a chef's choice that was similar but less expensive, simply replacing cucumber with avocado. This experience has made it clear that this restaurant is not appropriate for important occasions, business meetings, or any other significant events. Thank you for opening my eyes to that.
The food here is fantastic. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. While one bad experience might be an anomaly, I've noticed this consistently during my visits. I would be genuinely shocked if I ever encountered good service there. Moreover, I'm not a particularly demanding customer. The staff often seems uninformed about the promotions, and there's a clear absence of smiles and friendliness. It's unfortunate that such delicious meals are accompanied by such disappointing service.
The welcome was excellent. The service was fast even with the lunchtime rush. It's easy to enjoy a meal when the food is so tasty! The prices are fair for the quality of the dishes. The establishment is very clean, and there is ample parking available. I truly appreciated the offerings they had.

The experience was outstanding, with quick service and a friendly, welcoming staff. The app works perfectly to make sure your order is ready when you arrive. Although it can be a bit expensive, it’s absolutely worth it.
They took the sushi off the menu, which really upset me. I ended up having to cancel my order and drown my sorrows at what I consider the worst restaurant in the world—KFC—before finally making my way to Yuzu.
