This restaurant is situated in the stunning and creatively designed district above the Wynwood Walls, and its atmosphere truly feels like a piece of art, perfectly complementing the surroundings. I ordered the salmon rub with a side of salmon speck, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon speck is sliced thinly, slightly thicker in the center, and is meant to be that way until it becomes charred around the edges. It's then partially caramelized, resulting in a rich, oily center that is simply marvelous. I will be ordering this as an accompaniment to everything they serve in the future, and I highly recommend that you do the same!
This place has simple staples that are what I would call elevated. They have a great egg sandwich with yummy salmon bacon which was the best breakfast of the week for me. Their iced lattes are the best in the city and their chocolate chip cookies are great too. The portions of all their items are pretty big and reasonably priced. I was lucky to get a table easily both times I came and the man serving me was both attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend this restaurant for their excellent sourdough bread, which is both kosher and vegan. They also offer a variety of vegetarian pastries made with butter, as well as vegan quick breads like banana bread. Additionally, they have a full selection of coffee and tea drinks with almond milk available. While they do serve lox and eggs, there are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans to enjoy as well.
Great brunch spot in Wynwood. It's very popular so there was a 20-30 min wait to get a table, or you could stand in the line (15-20min) to order takeout. Also took a long while to get the food too. But it was very fresh and tasty. We loved the Salmon-bacon (not real bacon) burger. The Lemonade drink was not as good. Apple crisp was Amazing. Overall good experience, would recommend ordering ahead.

Perfection! From the gentleman at the front door to our attentive servers, the level of service here is outstanding. The croissants are like something you'd find in France, and the salmon bacon is a unique dish I've never encountered anywhere else. This restaurant is truly a gem—you have to visit!
I had high expectations after hearing great reviews, but I must admit I was somewhat let down. There weren't many vegan options available and some of the staff seemed unsure about what was vegan or not. The banana bread was okay, but it was a bit dry and lacked a strong banana flavor.
Love this place for breakfast excellent vibe cortado and almond croissant are my fav
