The woman assisting me during my pick-up at Zaky Mediterranean Grill tonight clearly shouldn’t be working the front counter. She kept insisting I confirm my order, but there was no confirmation option available. I even showed her my food was ready to be picked up. Afterwards, she was rude to another employee, as if they were supposed to understand this nonexistent confirmation button. We order from Zaky Mediterranean Grill all the time because we love their menu, but we will have to reconsider if we continue to encounter such unprofessional behavior and staff unfamiliar with their own system.
I visited the restaurant on Sunday and placed my order with a cashier named Aranzta. I politely asked for my receipt, to which she responded rudely. I ended up waiting for my order for an hour and 22 minutes, and when I finally received it, it was incomplete. When I pointed this out, she dismissed me, saying I was "uneducated." I tried to explain that her customer service skills needed improvement, but she simply told me to leave. As I walked out, I noticed another customer waiting in his car for his order, and she hadn’t even started preparing it for him. Overall, the service was terrible.
The best Mediterranean food we discovered years ago! We drove 50 miles just to eat there yesterday. We noticed Zaky's up and decided to find a closer one. We live in Banning and saw there's one in Fontana... we can't wait for one to open in Beaumont or Banning. We ordered the chicken shawarma, rice, and pickled beets, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband got the bowl and loved it. Thank you, Ron, for serving the best Mediterranean food around!!!
When I left the restaurant, they asked for my order details again. I've noticed that the service has been poor lately, and part of the meat I received was undercooked. When I inquired about the manager’s availability, the cashier informed me that they weren't on the premises and tried to charge me for the entire order again. They assured me they would resolve the issue and provide the right food.

I really love the chicken, and the rice is fantastic, but the steak is quite chewy. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. My order sat on the counter for 15 minutes before I had to get up and inquire about it, and by the time I received my food, it was cold. If it weren't for the food, I would rate this experience zero stars solely due to the terrible service.
I ordered the beef and lamb skewer plate served on a Mediterranean rice base, along with the Bio Quinoa salad as a side. The rice and meat were perfectly seasoned and tender, while the salad exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting and trying what I had!
I ordered a beef and lamb shawarma salad, and it was fantastic! The meat was flavorful, and the vegetables were fresh and juicy. The Zaky sauce was spectacular. This was my first time dining here, and I really enjoyed the experience.
The rotisserie chicken was absolutely delicious! A quarter portion just wasn't enough for me! The staff were really friendly and helpful, making my first visit a fantastic experience. I can't wait to come back!
