Zalacain es un clásico en el escenario gastronómico de Madrid al que hay que visitar al menos una vez en la vida. Originalmente íbamos para degustar el recorrido gastronómico pero al ir a cenar, el amabilísimo maitre nos confeccionó un menú adhoc con el que salimos más que satisfechos. Los aires renovados no se riñen en absoluto con un clásico y Zalacain es el ejemplo perfecto. Esperamos volver en alguna nueva ocasión especial.
Si de restaurantes clásicos de la ciudad de Madrid estamos hablando, entonces es imposible no dejar de mencionar el bien conocido Zalacaín. Con una generosa carta en donde no se dejan de lado sus preparaciones tradicionales, como así también la moderna influencia de la cocina fusión. No solo su ambiente sino también su servicio son detalles que no pasarán inadvertidos.
