Terrible Service. Every time I've come here, I've received appalling service. The staff are very rude.
After my last experience I won't be returning. Myself and a friend were waiting in line, and were clearly next to be served. The staff member who was serving simply ignored us, allowing his friends to jump the line in front of us. Although we stated that we were next, he completely ignored us.
It is very disappointing as the service at other Zambrero stores is very good.

Well, I have read a few of the other reviews and I don't know what I missed. I got great service, the food was reasonably priced, and it tasted good. I loved reading the boards on the wall that show how this company Pay's It Forward. I do courses with another company just down the road. I like this place. I'll be back.
