This is my favourite burrito place and favourite Zambrero store! The staff are all incredibly hospitable and cool plus really quick - I'm hardly ever in there more than 5mins, 10min with a queue.
Being vegetarian, I love the bean paste stuff they have and they never cheap out on anything you'd like added. Guacamole is free on the vege burritos/chikitos too. I can never usually finish a whole burrito in one sitting. If you work/study/live in Leederville, definitely check this place out and be sure to get a stamp card! You'll need it! Went there this afternoon and as it got to the part where you choose your salsas I looked down and saw a small cockroach walking along the top of the salsas! The server saw it too and quickly grabbed it with her gloved hand and seemingly squashed it before she thought I saw! Then she tried to act like nothing had happened and proceeded to ask me what sauce I wanted. I then politely said "I'm really sorry but I think I'll leave the order as there was a cockroach on the salsas..." And the server seemed pissed off! We ordered the vegetarian burrito, only to find out it was a lamb burrito that had been very clearly labelled with a V for vegetarian. As a vegetarian for over 10 years this was a horrific and traumatic experience. We were very disappointed with the company's response to our complaint, not only did they mess us around for a few weeks, their solution was to provide a gift voucher for another burrito, as if we wanted to eat another burrito from there. The mislabeled burrito ruined our night out and has made us very cautious of eating as such places again. Very disappointing Zambrero!
Ate at Zambrero's Canning Vale. We looked at the reviews here and still decided to try it out at least once. A complete rip off. What kind of Mexican joint has $2 extra for Guacomole!!! And that too after the extremely stingy serves. I ordered a rice bowl- 1/4 of my container was rice, chicken (Basically 3 tbsp of rice and 1.5 tbsp of chicken) + smear of refried beans , 2/3 of the container was lettuce + rest of it was salad and sauce - for $14.40!!!! Extremely disappointed! AVOID AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Have been having takeaway from leederville from year or so. Tonight my partner brought back the chicken nachos and was amazed to find hardly any chicken plus lumps of burnt unknown lumps of meat . We have many other choices of place to eat in Leederville and yours will be the last . Quality of the food i have been served and i took photos of basically a bowl of corn chips with a spoonful of partly burnt mystery meat. If i am ill because of the food served you will be the first to know! cannot give a minus rating
Tried the IQ burrito bowl with chicken. Bowl was a bit stingy on the chicken, but overall I enjoyed my meal and I liked that they have black rice which is something a bit different to just ordinary white rice. I don't like though that they charge extra for cheese and sour cream, a bit of cheese sprinkled on top should come standard!
This Zambrero actually has the most generous serving sizes of salad in the burritos that I've come across. I may have just gotten lucky, but it's worth noting. I did have to quickly jump to say "no beans" when normally I'm asked or have enough time before they scoop them.
Ordered a Dos Caps! Payed $6.50 for a tiny taco! OK flavour, however I'm Wildly disappointed. If you do come here, please order something all inclusive as you will be charged $1 for a small dollop of Guacamole or salsa. Let's import some Mexicans!

Overpriced, simple Mexican food with not a lot of meat. The ingredients are decent quality, but you can get a much fancier meal for the same price at a lot of other places.
OVER-RATED! Food wasn't very pleasing... slightly offish. Great customer service to make up though :) Servings are still rather miniaturised even for for a lady!
