I ate for the second time a box of beef between noon and two. First time! Very good local meat, excellent fries. Very nice and reactive servers. The second time, the same order, I received something other than beef... Scar or chicken, it was white... I'm gonna get some chicken because my waitress assured they didn't serve a pig... In short, I hope she was fresh because the poultry was bleeding. No excuse, however, they even gave my word in doubt! And I paid my money on the other hand... the next time I take the tartare, I can't be contradicted...
