I do not recommend having to wait in your car to place and pick up your order, only to go home hoping for a peaceful experience. I ordered through the drive-thru (Chk 4360), and when I got home, I discovered an earring back in my Kickin Chicken box. To make things worse, I received a chicken finger meal instead of the Signature chicken sandwich meal I had actually ordered. I went back to Zaxby's to let the cashier know about the problems. They prepared my order again, and while I was waiting, a woman from the kitchen apologized to me. However, the cashier at the front instructed me to throw away the food I had brought back, which had been sitting on the counter the entire time I waited. I ordered online for a pick up. I had to go through the drive thru. The speaker wasn't working so we had to order when we got to the window. The food wasn't ready even though the response said it would be ready at 6:08p. I got there at 6:18p. I wanted another 10-15 mins then went inside. A bunch of folks did that. I don't think there was enough staff to accommodate the flow of customers. I did get a smile, but nothing offered for the wait. The food was ok customer service could have been better. I would rate this visit a 6. Would I visit again. Maybe.
Every single time I come to this location there is an extremely long wait. This time I waited in line 20 minutes before my order was taken and it still took 20-25 minutes to even get to the window. I only waited because I had already paid for my food through one of the associates taking orders in the drive thru outside. I finally got to the window only to get cold food. I?m so sick of Zaxby?s period! This isn?t the only location that is **** poor. Zaxby?s needs to do better as a whole.

I then went to the drive-thru window and asked if someone could bring out my online order. The two girls there seemed surprised and were laughing. They informed me that they had stopped accepting online orders, likely because the drive-thru was so backed up. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes at the drive-thru window before finally receiving my food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I absolutely love this Zaxby's location! The customer service is fantastic, and my delicious food was hot and ready to enjoy. Although the drive-thru lines can be long, especially when the dining room is occasionally closed, the service is still quite fast. I'll definitely keep returning to this Zaxby's!
I wouldn't suggest visiting this restaurant; it's not worth your time. The service is really slow, and the drive-thru line takes forever to get through.
Similar to other experiences, the service was terrible. The staff at the drive-thru struggled to communicate even basic words and sentences.

This is the only Zaxby's I visit now because I've never encountered any problems with my food here, unlike at other locations.
The service was terrible and incredibly slow. I even called to voice my complaint, but all I received was silence.
