The football season started last week and I can't lie, I was pretty pumped. Here’s why:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Wing: ok I’m not a purist, I like boneless wings (only easier to eat) the tongue flashlight sauce here is really delicious, not excessively spicy, but great taste on a super crispy nugget (I can realize that is what boneless wings are)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. I ordered my meal through Uber Eats for myself and some coworkers. The fries were cold and tasted old and stale. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken tenders but only received three. One of my coworkers ordered a chicken club sandwich without bacon, but it was poorly assembled and sloppily cut. Another coworker got a Big Zax Meal, which was also cold, and her fries were old too. This was my first experience like this, and I just want to encourage you to improve. If you're not feeling up to it, please don't let your personal issues affect the customers.
Consistently bad food, but good service. I eat at the other Zaxby's locations once a week and used to go here every few days when I worked in Chamblee. This location used to be good. Now this location consistently gives bad food, they mess up the order every time, and they are always missing items on my order. Today my order was missing celery, there was NO sauce on the wings, and the Coke syrup was out. This happens every time. I've given them 5 tries this year, but now I am never going to this location again!
The customer service here is horrible, they give orders to the wrong people very often, and just cancel and tell you to order again when ordering from DoorDash or Uber eats. Instead of holding their self accountable, they just say “You’ll have to cancel order again, I’m sorry” wasting the drivers and my time. They must have changed managers. This place used to be great. Now the employees argue with you and the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Nibbler's bread hard as a rock. Fries which were supposed to be extra crispy half cooked and they look like they came from two different batches. Very disappointing thought I had somewhere good to eat ??
Consistency of this store is bad. Last time was absolutely wonderful. This time completely opposite! Cold food, many items missing and bad attitude from employee when I returned for left out items. I have a 30 minute lunch and order through the app to save time. Not today! Didn?t have time to eat. I?m a little hangry from no good.
Food was good, fresh, and reasonably quick. The cashier was courteous but not friendly. The salad presentation was the best I've seen in a Zaxbys so far. I would rate this store a 4.5 because service with a smile matters and only one young girl showed any semblance of real hospitality.
The best Zaxby's in metro Atlanta in my opinion. This location gets your food out fast as hell, the staff is friendly, and it's always clean. I usually wait here when my car is being serviced at the tire shop next door... Never tried their food but would get a drink. To me, service is very nice. The employees are very welcoming and the seats are very comfortable. That's a big win in my book.
