I really enjoy Zaxby's; the food is excellent, even though the prices are a bit high. However, I was quite taken aback to see a man wearing lipstick and some jewelry typically associated with women. It really made me uncomfortable. I find it disheartening to see so much tolerance towards behavior that confuses the next generation. It affected my appetite, as I also questioned the personal hygiene of the staff. It seems like no one is concerned about these issues.
They have tables blocking the front counter along with tons of plexiglass. This makes it unbearable to try to get your order across to the cashier because I can?t hear them and they can?t hear me. Very frustrating when you?re paying top dollar for chicken and fries. However the food was excellent. The dining room was clean and the food was extremely fresh. Once we can get past all of these Covid precautions, the experience should be better.
I ordered a Zaxby's Zalad from this location, but it didn't meet the standards of other locations I've visited. Additionally, there was no bread included in the to-go box.

The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even took the time to bake fresh cookies for me, which I thoroughly enjoyed with my lunch.
Order was ready when I arrived. Cashier was friendly and quick to get my order. Precautions were in place to allow people to stay distanced.
Great food and great employees. I think the person who served us was named Zane and he was super nice and a real baddie!
