Food isn 't bad but 3x in the past 2 weeks I have gone there to eat and the dining room is closed. Is this a way to run your restaurant? 1st time was 3 days after Hurricane Ian which had zero impact on this area. I called and asked why is the diningroom closed and I was told because of the hurricane. Either the manager cuts employees for a bigger bonus for himself and closesthe dining room or they hire losers who don 't want to work and don 't show up. Dining room is a funny description too. Easily the most incompetent Zaxbys I have ever been to and I LOVE Zaxbys. I feel bad for anyone that chooses this location for their first experience because I promise you it is not this terrible. Zaxbys is amazing and this location does the brand dirty!It doesn?t matter if they are busy or slow they will mess up your order and make you wait even if you?re the only one in thedrive thru. Last time I waited 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru spot and no one followed me. Went there recently andthe inside was closed all together and of course per usual they forgot my sauce and shorted me chicken tenders like the last 3times. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ZAXBYS and the managers need to get a grip...
First time at Zaxby's and probably my last. Not sure where the manager is for this location, but they are not on top of things. Coming into the restaurant we had to jump over 3 children's bikes that were blocking the door and sidewalk. Only to come insideand find the three middle school aged owners of the bikes having a free for all running through the restaurant. Tossing sugarand plastic silverware, and having a toy gun battle. This continued with no one stopping them and no parents with them.Meanwhile, they lost our order. We had to resubmit our order ... and spend extra time with the 3 hoodlums. I had a disappointing experience at Zaxby's. I ordered a chicken club without sauce, but it arrived soaked in it. The fries were also cold and stale. When I reached out to discuss the issue, they promised me a credit for a new meal. However, when I came back to use the credit, the cashier told me the manager denied it because they couldn't find any record of the promise. The customer service was poor! The manager should have handled this better. I won't be returning.

We went there today, we were asked to pull up because our order would be a few minutes, that's ok. We sat there for 40 minutes, no one ever came out. I sent my husband in, our order was sitting there, we get home and my salad was missing dressing and my fries were cold . I was very mad .
The food was outstanding, the service was warm and professional, and the restaurant itself was lovely. The dishes were incredibly flavorful, though it's clear that rising inflation and food prices have had some impact. Still, I had a great experience overall.
I had my first visit to Zaxby's, and I must say it was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service at a fast food place. A big thank you to Dakota for providing exceptional customer service. The food was delicious!
I ordered tenders not nuggets.I ordered 6 tenders. Yummy but sad portions. I got more chicken when I ordered 3 last time. I feel like they just cut them in 3rds this time.

Ordered boneless wings got hard crunchy original.tasted like they were under a heat lamp for an HR or 2.
