I ordered a family meal plan online and had to wait for over 20 minutes for my order. It was ridiculous and there was no communication about the delay. All they did was provide a vague estimate of when my order would be ready.
The fries in the finger meal were not crispy, they were limp. The Diet Cokes tasted strange, like colored seltzer water. The salad looked amazing and the loaded fries were delicious. The chicken fingers were almost perfect.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. I felt for the workers as they seemed to be working hard. However, like many places, they have been impacted by COVID-19. The restaurant was clean and the food was served hot.
My fries were undercooked, the sauce was dripping out of the bag, and the wings were unpleasantly pale and unappetizing.
