Sat at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes. Had to call the restaurant and ask them what the deal was they informed me the “ kitchen was down”. Finally placed my order and sat over 30 minutes in the parking lot waiting for them to bring me the food. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had since coming to this zaxbys.
Cashier had her back to us until I eventually said honey are you ready? She didn't even know how to ring up two wings and things one teriyaki one tongue torch. Had to call another employee. Only three people working in back but five people standing around for front counter and drive thru. Took 23 minutes to get food.
First time trying Zaxby 's. The food portion sizes were quite large. Prices were fair . The food tasted very good. The order came out fast and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They have one of those create your own flavor touchscreen coke machines with free refills. I would eat there again.
Waited in drive thru at menu for 10 minutes at 8pm on hold. As I get their attention, I’m told they’re “too busy to take orders, it’s going to be a minute “.I left. As I leave, there were no cars in drive thru and saw 4 employees standing around laughing by the window. very busy indeed. Will not be Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I would have given no stars if that was an option. Absolutely terrible service. Waited in the drive through long for over 30 minutes… I was on the second car in line.. then ordered food and waited another 20 minutes. It’s literally an hour before closing and not even busy.
Edit: Thankfully, Zaxby’s apologized. It almost feels like an automated response, though, because they used lowercase letters for my name, just like it appears on my account, while everyone else has their names in uppercase. Go Zaxby’s!
I placed an online order for dining in, but it took an hour for us to receive our food. It seemed like the staff was doing everything except actually working. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Consistently bad service. Horrible attitudes. $13 for for a salad with no dressing. Little zax snack , turned out to be 3 burnt pieces of chicken and no sauce. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Got home no cole slaw, no drinks which were not asked for but in place more cole slaw. Five piece no bread. Waited thirty minutes for this !
