I spent almost an hour in the car thru last night. I'm a patient and I understand things happen, but I felt really sorry for the team last night. At first there are no lights on the menu board during the night. Second, the car was waiting in front of me for over 25 minutes. Usually I thought the car before you, if the order was not ready, they would be asked to move and allow others to go forward. I placed my order at the drive-thru (Chk 4360), and when I got home, I found an earring back in my Kickin Chicken box. To make matters worse, I received a chicken finger meal instead of the Signature chicken sandwich meal I had ordered. I returned to Zaxby's to inform the cashier about the issues. They re-prepared my order, and while I was waiting, a woman from the back apologized to me. However, the cashier at the front asked me to dispose of the food I had brought back, which had been sitting on the counter the entire time I waited. I absolutely adore the Cobb salad from Zaxby's—so much so that I order it four times a week! However, I was disappointed for the first time today. I usually place my order online, just like I did today. When I called the restaurant to speak with a manager, I explained that I was on my way to work and that this was my first experience with an issue. The grilled chicken was cold, and the bacon was missing. The manager told me that I would need to take a picture of the salad to document the missing items, which was inconvenient since I wouldn’t be able to take a photo until I arrived later. This Zaxby’s has repeatedly reminded me why I dislike this restaurant chain. This particular location is consistently disappointing, with slow service and food that is often incorrect or served cold. The customer experience here is guaranteed to be below average, if not downright terrible. I ordered my food through the mobile app and ended up waiting so long that I might as well have gone through the drive-thru, yet my food still arrived cold. I then went to the drive-thru window and asked if someone could bring out my online order. The two girls there seemed surprised and were laughing. They informed me that they had stopped accepting online orders, likely because the drive-thru was so backed up. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes at the drive-thru window before finally receiving my food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I absolutely love this Zaxby's location! The customer service is fantastic, and my delicious food was hot and ready to enjoy. Although the drive-thru lines can be long, especially when the dining room is occasionally closed, the service is still quite fast. I'll definitely keep returning to this Zaxby's!
The drive thru is always slow. You may or may not have to wait to the side for your order after paying for it. The food is always hot and fresh. So if you don't mind the possible wait time, then this is the perfect place. You can't go wrong with aZaxby's House Fried Zalad!
This customer service after 3 is horrible. I paid for extra fries; they were dry and burnt. The wings were COLD as ICE. Lastly I was in the toilet, INSTANTLY!!! I will never go to this restaurant again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I wouldn't suggest visiting this restaurant; it's not worth your time. The service is really slow, and the drive-thru line takes forever to get through.
