Today my daughter and i went to zaxbys at good homes on colonial, we were waiting in line at first at about 5:35 but then decided to get out of the line and Go inside because there were too many cars waiting already.We then we nt inside to get our food and order and after we pay for the food we waited about 40 minutes for the food and decided to ask for our money back and leave. We got our money back but the manager started to be spiteful, we then left. This all happened on 8/20/2021
I ordered curbside from the app and waited 45 minutes to get the food. I called twice to let them know I was here and asked how long it would take. SO MANY cars got their food since I waited there. I should have just gone through the drive through if y'all don't even pay attention to the people waiting at curbside. Your lobby was closed so if your property can't handle both drive thru and curbside don't have curbside.
The sliders loved the pommes were a little soggy, but tasty, service was OK. Ordered online and picked up in the store, on time red The fingers are also good, Zax-Spicy is much better than the original in my opinion.
Very inconsistent. I have ordered from here several times (in person and Uber eats), and the quality and quantity of food is always low. I would recommend another location.
