The patio is excellent, and the flowers have a wonderful fragrance. Sadly, the food leaves much to be desired. The bruschetta was extremely hard, the calamari was rubbery, the spaghetti carbonara lacked flavor, and the meatballs were quite underwhelming. While nothing tasted bad per se, it simply didn’t meet the expectations of an Italian restaurant; it resembled Tesco microwave meals instead. On the bright side, the service was lovely and the atmosphere was great!
The food was delicious and served promptly. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone, and the cocktails are generously portioned at a reasonable price. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere along with the interior design was inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!
WOW! We were on our anniversary getaway and decided to book here for dinner one night. What a wonderful experience, we were looked after by the exceptional staff who truly made us feel special on our special occasion. The food as always was exceptional- particularly the gnocchi special
I came here the night before my wedding and they were very accommodating for 15 of us. Two of the guests had allergies and they were provided with allergy menus which had loads of options. Me and my boyfriend visited for his birthday yesterday and the service was absolutely amazing. All the staff were friendly and attentive. They gave him a free glass of prosecco and dessert and it made his day. 100% recommend!
Excellent service and absolutely delicious food for our party of 20. A big thank you to the staff for making our experience so great. We will definitely return to Zaza Old Amersham soon!
Great food and wonderful service! However it was very family friendly so there were many kids around and that created quite a noise. Other than that, it was lovely.
