It shocks me that this place has so many good reviews. I WANT to like it since I live two blocks away, but both times I've ordered here have been absolute fails. The first time I ordered a carne asada super buritto. The steak was tough and dry, like it had been made the day before, and the burrito was 75% rice and beans. Zero flavor. I ate it because I was starving. Tonight I went back and called my order in: regular chicken burrito, cheese and pico de gallo only. I got home, added some sour cream, and my first bite had a giant piece of pure gristle. It was also full to the brim with rice and beans and had no cheese. I took four more bites and two more pieces of gristle were spit out. I walk...
Place is good first time I went there my friend orders the zazon especial it was good and nice and spicy And good! Went there today I ordered the same thing it wasn't spicy as the first time and there was a big piece of ginger root in the food very disappointed in the none consistentse the food was not as tasty this time.
So we wanted to go to this place for a while and know that they have a huge Mariachi band with probably almost 20 people in it Friday and Sunday. The food was great. Energy infectious. Mariachi sings long. Great place. Great fun. Staff always round to make sure everyone is happy. Will definitely be back.
My friend and I were there for the first time on Friday. We ordered the 3 Quesobirria tacos Micheladas con Negra Modelo. Food was fire and the drinks were delicious. Mariachi came and they were fabulous. Had a great time, almost like dancing. Will definitely return.

Food is good but I wish the customer service is better. I had to come back to get rojo sauce and other things I requested, my guess is the girl that translated my order did a poor job communicating ...lost in translation
Takeout order! Everything was delicious! It's definitely one of my top three seafood places for takeout! Highly recommend!
Fantastic Mexican atmosphere and genuine cuisine. This is a slice of Mexico right in the heart of Sacramento.
The service was excellent and prompt, and their sauce paired perfectly with the tortilla chips.
