This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting for my delivery for 1.5 hours, when I informed the rude woman on the phone that I only live a mile away, she suggested I just pick up my food instead. Why offer delivery if they can't deliver within a reasonable time? After 90 minutes, there were no excuses or discounts given, just a nonchalant apology. The food arrived cold and dry, and I received a mouthful from the incompetent staff when I voiced my disappointment. It was clear that they only cared about making a profit, as they seemed more concerned about my anger over the long wait than providing good service. I will never order from this establishment...
I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. After waiting 1.5 hours for my delivery and informing the rude lady on the phone that I only lived a mile away, she suggested I pick up my food instead. Despite the long wait and cold, dry food, there were no apologies or discounts offered, just excuses about not being able to reach the delivery service. The staff were unapologetic and even chastised me for being upset about the situation. It was clear they were only concerned about getting their payment, not about the customer experience. We had a delicious dinner at Zeenat. All tasty and freshly prepared. Aubergine starter with a tomato sauce, yoghurt and mint was gorgeous, and the naan was crispier than the Indian version and really tasty. Lamb and rice dish was great (Qabili Palow) and the Ice Cream Zafarani (good hit of rose water and saffron) were good too. Home made baklava was packed with flavour different texture to Greek/Turkish versions but totally delicious. Bill for two was just over £30!

The restaurant offers delicious homemade meals and is conveniently located near the station, yet still has a peaceful atmosphere. The service is excellent and they also have a varied selection of tasty desserts. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Food is delicious and served quickly. The staff are helpful and friendly. Best meal I had in restaurant for some time. Recommend it and will visit it again soon.
