The restaurant's cuisine blends with the pleasure of local products with Asian techniques, leading to original and tasty dishes. If you take the discovery menu, some information is requested on your tastes and each dish is served with some explanations. The service is very nice, the owner comes to know if everything is okay and pays attention to the details. The dishes are served at a very good pace to spend a good evening.
A fan of world cuisines, I was several times pleasantly surprised and distracted by the flavors offered by the menu discovered. Various fragrances present in the same dish, arriving in graduated waves. I am rarely as surprised, by so much finesse and cooking power! Bravo! And MERCI to Thierry, his wife, and their staff for their welcome and availability!
The full of flavors, pleasant mix of French and Asian cuisine. Effective service and good advice on wine choice. I was warned that we must be patient between the dishes, but given the quality in the presentation and the work provided, it is quite understandable to wait. I recommend that you be patient, but you will be very much rewarded!
An exceptional restaurant! We would believe in South-East Asia once we return home (at the same time I say that even if I never went to South-East Asia). But given the decoration, we had to report it. And the dishes are delicious, so you enjoy a decor of choice. Great service and humble and friendly boss. Nothing to say again!
