Whaou! A surprise that we had not known for years to witness the great signs of downtown Rennes. The kitchen is sincere and true. The refinement of flavours and subtle blends of ingredients reminds us of the essence of the music we love. Power, aesthetic and balance. The 15 minutes that separate us from the city centre are of course worth the trip. The second surprise is the very low age of the leader and his team. We wanted to salute the work of the people involved and valued. Thank you for this lunch and for your welcome.
