"Just came back from our christmas holiday in serre chevalier and have to say it was made so relaxing by using the Zeste food service. Not having to worry about meals each night, no need for big supermarket shops, less dishes ..gave us more free time to ski and enjoy! Our meals were delivered to the apartment ready to go. It's the second time that we have used Zeste and the food is delicious, the kids always love their meals and for the adults the menu choices are great. ...treated ourselves to afternoon tea a few times too can highly reccommend the brownie and carrot cake ! thanks carol and rick will be back again next year."
We've just finished the last of our delicious meals from Zeste. We only have a hob and microwave in our apartment but Rick made sure that we'd be able to reheat everything he brought. He dropped off our food late afternoon when we knew we'd be back from the slopes. The quality and quantity of everything we had really was superb, and excellent value for money. We quite often don't want to go out if we're tired in the evenings but equally don't want soggy pizza or to spend much time cooking or washing up when we're on holiday. We booked freshly prepared meals for 5 days from Zeste....what a great decision. The meals were as good as any you'd be served in a restaurant. Fresh, delicious and so easy to cook and serve up. All the dishes were great but we especially enjoyed the Thai style fish. A major advantage was being able to take as much time as we wanted for apres ski drinks without having to worry about going home early to prepare meals for our party. We couldn't get back at the arranged time on several occasions, but it only took a quick phone call to Carol or Rick to rearrange and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We organised Zeste to cater for our group of 10 and the food was incredible. They catered to all our needs, fussy kids, fussy adults! and nothing was a problem, it was delivered to our door, always with a smile and turned our week away into a stress free holiday. We had ski trip to Serre Chevalier and found this local company, run by Rick Carol, making the best restaurant quality food, delivered to your door, that I have ever tasted. The portion size and packaging made it super easy to reheat and the price was quite incredible for the quality and quantity. The food arrived bang on time, delivered by Carol. The menu selection really gives you a taste of the local mountain fayre as well as more international style dishes but for my money you can't beat the local grub and the classic French dishes. Ten out of ten from me, I really hope the business goes from strength to strength as Rick is a great chef.
