Now, in all honesty my son didn?t inform me until later that it wasn?t in the bag but when I found out I called. The young lady put me on hold for 20min supposedly trying to verify the order. Even after I gave her the receipt #38 I then hung up called back and she put me back on hold! At almost 11pm I had to call the better option Paradise pizza. This place used to be good before it changed owners. We order from here every day from work with an order ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 a day. The driver is not efficient. There is no manager on site at all times. Today our order took an hour and half. When we called to cancel the phone girl said she can't cancel it and the manager will have to do it later when he comes in. The phone girl even said herself that it was going down hill and everyone is leaving there. They just lost loyal customers. We don't just order our office lunch there, but staff lunches, or when we have pizza for lunch for the children of the day care. Unacceptable.
I gave this place a star three years ago because her food wasn't so great. I heard them one more shot. under new management? So I went to pick up today at 12:45. When I arrived, the food was not ready after they told me it was. I finally got my order and my cheese steak has no meat on it, mostly vegetables. My frits are cold and so the cheese is up. I write pictures. When I went back, they dragged their naked hands through the pizza cheese because they moved something in it. After he got it, he put the lid back on after he noticed me. And back in the refrigerator!!!!
I frequently order from this restaurant and they are usually good about delivering. However, tonight was the worst experience I've had with them. I placed my order at 8:45pm, was already charged, and as of 10:37pm, I still have not received my food and the restaurant is now closed. I did call at 10:02pm and the manager picked up. I inquired about the status of the driver and they said they would call the driver, but I never received a return call. I am extremely upset right now.

I thought I'd show this place a love! determined to try it for the first time at night. my son wanted to try. I'm so glad we did it. the eating was really good, and we had a lot of food in our order....all was amazing....and it was hot and fresh, which is a big plus! the staff was also super polite and friendly. we ordered the pickup. the place was super clean, neat and tidy. we're coming back!

Wanted to try a new spot. I?m a fries girl. Add mozzarella and I?ll do a happy dance. Enjoyed the customer service and my food was done at the time shared. I enjoy that they offer deals and will try something different next time. Food was good. Pizza the next day is always good.

I watched someone fix my salad with no gloves and wiping her hands on her apron.. when I said something, they got an attitude and said they don’t have gloves today.. DID YOU SEE THE MOVIE CONTAGION!?!?!?.. I’m never never never going back there again..
Fresh salad, good quality shrimp and a beautiful cheese tomato sauce on pizza. I just wish they used fresh mushrooms and not cannons. Ick!!!!
