We were very impressed with the food and extremely pleased with the large selection of vegetarian options. We ordered 2 appetizers, 3 entrees, and a side of potatoes gratin for the table. The gratin and the french fries that came with the steak frites were the stars of the show. This place definitely does potatoes right. Our only complaint about the food was that the steak frites plate was ordered medium rare and delivered medium well. Not even a big enough deal to send it back. Cocktails were lovely. Overall it was a great meal.
We had tickets to see a show at the Orpheum and decided to have dinner at a restaurant near the theater. Zinqué, which was just one block away, had open spots for their 4-course Valentine's Day dinner. The service was excellent and our server was very attentive. My wife ordered the steak frites and I had the duck confit - both dishes were delicious. I'm not sure if these are regular items on their menu, but I would definitely come back to Zinqué next time we are in the theater district for a show.
Came here before a show and got stuck in horrible traffic. The host was so kind and held our table when I called, was very understanding. We got seated right away and when we mentioned we were going to the show next door, our waiter took great care of us and made sure we got in and out in a considerate amount of time. And the food was delicious— would highly recommend!
The food was amazing!! Very odd, I was asked for a credit card prior to ordering as if I was at the bar. I don’t drink and have not eaten in DTLA since lockdown. Is asking for CC a new thing? I have no issue giving my CC before my meal but are thinkings so bad that restaurants need to resort to having a CC on file before they take your order??

We were sat at a high top table and offered a Happy Hour Menu that was available only at high top tables. When the bill came, the Happy Hour discount was applied to the food, but not the drinks. The excuse was inconsistent with the what the menu offered. Unfortunate ending to an otherwise pleasant evening.
I actually ate twice in one day…take away lunch, and a small dinner before our theater date “next door”. The food was fabulous, and I had the “best I’ve ever had” potatoes dauphinois at Zinque. Prices were fair for the quality.
Clams were missing seasonings Steak a bit though CoqauVin didn’t taste any cognac missing thyme and mushrooms Thank you
I didn't want to make a lust, but I found haare in my salad! I didn't finish my meal. we wanted a concert next door.

The service is fantastic and we really enjoyed the menu. The location is perfect for attending nearby events.
They started blasting music when we were still eating and cleaning up early, wasn’t a vibe.
