Fantastic pizza and service! Great spot for take out at the beach or to stop for a quick slice. Try the Detroit style if you’re looking to change it up. The owner and his dad make all the pizza so you can expect a fresh and consistent product every time.
Excellent pizza! We tried both the red sauce and the white sauce and loved them both. Stopped by for a couple slices and had to go back to get a whole pie. Nick is a great guy who makes an outstanding pizza pie.
Zio is the BEST pizza in Sea Isle and also has the best customer service! Always friendly and willing to do whatever necessary to make the customer happy! I highly recommend! Turtle pie is outstanding!!!

Excellent crust and lots of cheese...they were even kind enough to make our kiddos happy and do 1/4 sausage, 1/4 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese...nice view of the waves and added bonus they gave the kiddos
