Today, I placed a large order of around 25 plates for our Union Meeting at the Pearl City location on 806 Kamehameha Hwy. The person who took my order did an outstanding job without any mistakes. They had everything ready for me in under 30 minutes. I want to especially commend Somphone. She greeted me with such warmth! She double-checked my order, took care of my bakery request, and even assisted me to my car. When I needed to return to add to my order, she helped me again. Somphone deserves an award or a certificate! The service I received was excellent!
The food is excellent and the staff are wonderful! However, please fix the bathroom doors, as it takes a long time to get in because the buttons often get stuck.
I really wish we had this restaurant on the mainland! As soon as we arrive in Hawaii, it's always the first place my husband and I go for dinner.
