I bought two pieces of pizza just now. I took them and went to the end of the line. I took a bite and it was very cold. I went back to tell them to heat it or give me another piece. The server said it cannot be heated due to precautionary rules, for sterilization, but I studied and learned that any germ goes or disappears at the top. Temperatures. I called the manager. He was very rude and did not solve my problem. These employees should be put at home. Bad restaurant. Bad service. Look, I will complain to you. I will expose you and that employee does not wear gloves.Liars
I ordered my pizza 6:02pm march 11th there was a mean lady that said “its gonna take 30-35min wait” i said well ok ill wait i came back at 7:02 to gove them 1hr i came back and they said “oh its not ready yet we gonna start making it now its gonna take 15min i have the ticket order National market should check on their hired employees they are not properly trained now i m still waitting here i can show the pictures of the ticket and everything the manager please feel free to contact me i can give names and pictures of the bad employees at the time of the order
My experience at Zizi's Pizza at the MGM Casino in D.C. was disappointing, to say the least. Despite being promised a 20-minute wait for my pizza, it took an hour and a half before I was informed that my order hadn't even been received. The lack of communication and disregard for customers' time was unacceptable. Even worse, when confronted, the staff offered insincere apologies and made excuses instead of owning up to their mistake. Sadly, I won't be returning to Zizi's Pizza anytime soon.
You might as well close down and turn into a Sbarro or something similar. It's clear that no one wants to work here, as there's no one at the front to assist customers and people are left waiting to place their orders.

The worst and unprofessional pizzeria I have ever been to. It took 43 minutes for me to receive a whole Margherita Pie. I strongly suggest you order something that’s already made (pizza slice).
The service was slow, the pizza was cold, and there seemed to be no organization. Be prepared for a wait as the staff appears to be recovering from their marijuana high.
The pizza was terrible; I wouldn't recommend wasting your money. The crust was rubbery, and the cheese kept sliding off. I won't be coming back again.
