The lady at front of house had a terrible attitude. Previous to booking through opentable I asked in person if I could book a table for, NO, NO bookings. I couldn’t even finish my sentence before she rudely shut me down. So I hopped on to Opentable where I could indeed book. I received my notification via email and turned up for my booking 1.5 hours after booking through the app. I was greeted again by the same terrible service by the same terrible woman. Rolling her eyes and saying no I have no booking. You are too early. We do not have it on our system. You will have to come back in 15 minutes. Incidentally the table we were eventually sat down at was free when we arrived for our assigned...
Upon arrival, the restaurant had no record of our reservation through OpenTable. After showing them our confirmation, we were informed that they had multiple booking systems and it was sometimes difficult to keep track of them all. However, they were still able to accommodate us. The service was good and the food was delicious as always. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a large, very loud group which made it difficult for our group of four to hear each other. We ended up eating our meals in silence and left as soon as we were finished.

Frustrated, I made the reservation online and arrived 1.5 hours later. However, when I arrived, the same unpleasant woman told me they didn't have my reservation in their system and I would have to come back in 15 minutes. Despite the rocky start, the food was delicious and we enjoyed a nice meal with a fantastic dessert.

I ordered the King Prawns Linguine and was disappointed to find that the shrimp were not as fresh as I had hoped and the pasta was overcooked. However, my previous experiences at this restaurant have been excellent. Thank you, I remain a happy customer.
