Edit one year on. Sat eve, 8pm. Nearly empty restaurant. Last year gave 4 stars....this year struggled to give 2. So what was different? Staff: mostly ok. .just ok. If you are not ready to order then expect a long wait as they forget to return...both for ordering drinks and food. Had to locate someone. Not offered parmesan. Had to ask for pepper as well and waitress said i will try to find some then hunted round the other tables until she located one. Then- there seemed to be a volunteer working there- baggy grey t shirt and old jeans hanging halfway down his bottom.......but omg! Was he actually the manager? It gets even more surprising. When I asked the manager why there was so little meat, he told me that's how it comes; the food is served like that. I couldn’t believe it when he said that it comes pre-packaged! I was left speechless. Had I really spent £14 on a ready meal? To make matters worse, the taste was off as well, and the amount of meat was just unacceptable. Additionally, my order was wrong initially, so I ended up waiting for my meal while everyone else at the table was eating. Great location and looks great inside. Had a spot of lunch here and a lot of choice. Very friendly staff and served quickly and food was very good quality.
Poor service by the waiter. Regular at this zizzis but sadly let down by poor service. Food was substandard as we. Much improvement required
Its like being in Rome,the food is unique, they cater for all your dietary,allergies too! You'll be talking about the flavours for days!
