It's been a long time coming, but I finally have to share my thoughts on Zomsa. I've been a loyal customer since they first opened, and I've watched them grow over the years. The food here is absolutely delicious and truly reminiscent of what you would find in Nepal. If you visit, be sure to try their Nepalese specialties like sukuti, choila, and, of course, momos. I particularly enjoyed the buff jhol momos, which were tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly - a refreshing change from the often overcooked momos I've had elsewhere. I have been a regular at Zomsa since they opened and have watched them grow over time. The food at this restaurant is delicious and closely resembles the flavors of Nepal. I highly recommend trying their Nepalese dishes such as sukuti, choila, and, of course, momos. The buff jhol momos were particularly outstanding, with juicy meat cooked to perfection. I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20, which is very reasonable for the quality of the food. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Goat Thakali Thali, it was delicious. Additionally, there is plenty of parking available, making it convenient for guests.
Definitely a good one. Most Nepali restaurants offer a variety of native dishes but they tend to be very Americanized. I found their food close to being authentic wouldn't say just like in Nepal but very close) I would say..their momo jhol needs a little work- was missing the kick you would expect. The restaurant serves delicious authentic dishes. The owner, who is from Nepal, is always there and very accommodating. Our favorite dishes are the lamb saag and thali, as well as the flavorful sauces. We highly recommend this place!
