Very disappointing. My family has been eating Zona wings for about 4 years now and I figure it would be great if me and some friends got some while I was back in town. No. I know it’s a lot but please read until the end. We walk in and they ask us to choose our table so we choose the booth. Although looked clean from the front, completely filthy with sticky grime all over the table, but we over look it. The waiter comes over and asks us for drinks and we all get waters. My water comes and has some kind of mystery sauce all over the top of the cup and food particles stuck to the inside of the cup. I ask the waiter respectfully for another cup and she offers to just wipe it off with a napkin....
Came on a Saturday night and was greeted at the door by the security to be told they’re at capacity. They said you can go inside and stand but can’t do anything which makes no sense if you’re at capacity. I asked if I could at least order food to go and she said you can call it in. I’m 5 feet away from the front host area, why would I ?? I mentioned to her that I had previously called and the number goes straight to voicemail to a message saying voicemail not set to. And she said well you can try again. She walked away. I called and put it on speaker to let the other secure guy listen as it said the same thing. Very sad and disappointing to get such bad service. The security when entering is normal, the service is terrible, it took more than 45 minutes to prepare an order, the taste of the food is nothing out of this world basic quality, the waitress was attentive when asking if we needed anything else and serving the table . I hope they improve Kid-friendliness: not suitable for children Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Everything was good until the bartender, me and my friends had a good time “with the red head girl” in the words of the bartender.The bartender didn’t even want to serve me just because people wasn’t entertaining her, we paid , we had our card back, and only thing we was doing was turning in our tab “signed” and she told us “take it to the red hair girl.

Ordered “Cajun” wings and my wings were NOT Cajun. They cooked the wings then dumped Tajin seasoning all over them and called it Cajun. Was highly disappointed. My drink was good though. Also don’t like that they want this to be a gun free environment, when a few years ago one of their staff was saved by a customer with a gun.
They keep changing their food recipes… One day Chicken tortilla soups has different ingredients than the day before. Not consistent with the recipe and portions.. chicken sandwich one day is different and the next you can get half the portion and flavor way out of line.
Excellent service and attention, a good place, you can see the kindness of the new managers, my waitress very attentive!!
The waitress who served 4 people looked very bad and when she asked -R- that's what there is if there are no more places

Wouldn’t want to be any other place than here with my friends, and the vibes.
