When you're seated you're given a heaping toasted bread basket generously spread with garlic butter and served with a side of crisp pickles and olives. That alone filled us all up, but then comes the real food.If you come for lunch you get your main meal with a choice of soup or salad, plus a baked potato with sour cream all for around $40. I got the petit filet mignon and it was so tender and flavourful. It's so worth it! From the greeting by the maître d' (not John, nor Nick) to the servers, service was top notch. They watched carefully and responded efficiently.The food was excellent.The clam chowder was the perfect thickness, and, yes, we could taste the clams. The shrimp are the largest we have seen since Guadalajara, with the right amount of horseradish in the cocktail sauce. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The Chateaubriand was cooked perfectly, and it was a delight to watch our server cut the meat and prepare our plates.This was our last meal in Canada for that trip, and it was perfect.Thanks to all.
I've been visiting Zorro's for over 30 years, and they've never let me down. We ordered the Seafood Platter for two, which was as delicious as I remember. If you enjoy garlic, definitely try the Caesar salad – it's genuinely authentic. John always greets us warmly and makes us feel valued as guests. During the lockdown, I also ordered takeout, and it was just as great. If you're looking to save $20, some Costco locations sell gift cards for the restaurant, so consider picking one up before your visit.

Went there today for lunch with client. Enjoyed the Oysters fresh from PEI as an appetizer, steak was devine, baby beef liver was cooked to perfection, very tender and lets not forget perfect pairing of wine! Topped off with creme caramel and coffee! Boy were we stuffed. Atmosphere 5 . Customer service impressive. Lunch lasted 4 hours in great company. Thank you Management for a perfect day. It was our 2nd time eating at this restaurant for fathers day. Everything was superb from ambience, great flavourful food and friendly hostesses. I highly recommend this place to honour any special occasion. Great date night spot! Very romantic setting with wonderful staff. Staff were a great balance between attending to us yet leaving us to enjoy the meal. Steak was good! This restaurant is absolute heaven for meat lovers, the T-bone steak was an absolute monster but beautifully prepared. And their garlic bread is the stuff of legends. They also have a lovely wine selection, including European classics, such as Amarones and other Italian superwines.
